3 large bananas
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat bananas in electric mixer. Add eggs and melted oil, then add to the dry ingredients. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in slow oven at 300 for about 50 to 60 minutes. Put toothpick in the middle to see if it is done.
