1 (8 oz) can pineapple tidbits
2 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 tablespoons chives
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon juice.

In bowl, combine pineapple, cream cheese, water chestnuts, chives, salt, pepper and pecans. Stir in reserved juice; mix well.

Cover and chill.

Serve with crackers.
