2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Mexene Chili Powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add onion and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chili powder to taste. Cook down for about 3-4 hours. Serve over fritos with cheese sprinkled on top.
