1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
1 (8 OZ.) CHEESE WHIZ
3/4 STICK MARGARINE
1/2 C. CHOPPED CELERY
1 1/2 C. INSTANT COOKING RICE
1/2 C. CHOPPED ONION
1/2 C. SLICED MUSHROOMS
2 CARROTS, COARSELY CHOPPED
1-2 C. BROCCOLI FLORETS ONLY
PAPRIKA & BUTTERED BREAD CRUMBS

IN 3 QT. SAUCEPAN, OVER LOW HEAT, MELT TOGETHER SOUP, CHEESE WHIZ AND MARGARINE. ADD CELERY, RICE, ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS. SET ASIDE. LINE BOTTOM OF 3 QT. CASSEROLE WITH FLORETS. POUR CHEESE SAUCE ON TOP AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 40 MINUTES. SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA AND BUTTERED BREAD CRUMBS.
