3 C. MASHED SWEET POTATOES
1 C. WHITE SUGAR
1/2 C. BUTTER, MELTED
2 EGGS, BEATEN
1/2 C. MILK
1 TSP. VANILLA
1/2 TSP. SALT
1/2 TSP. NUTMEG
1/2 TSP. GROUND CINNAMON
TOPPING COMBINE:
1 C. BROWN SUGAR
1/2 STICK BUTTER
1/3 C. FLOUR
1-11/2 C. CHOPPED PECANS
OR
1 CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1 C. MINI MARSHMALLOWS
(LAYER OF PINEAPPLE ON BOTTOM, LAYER OF MARSHMALLOWS ON TOP)

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350. BOIL THE POTATOES WHOLE UNTIL TENDER. REMOVE AND LET COOL COMPLETELY. AFTER THE POTATOES ARE COOLED, PUT THEM IN A LARGE BOWL AND MASH THOSE AS YOU WOULD REGULAR POTATOES. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS. POUR INTO LARGE BUTTERED BAKING DISH. COVER THE POTATOES WITH TOPPING OF YOUR CHOICE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 35 MINUTES.
