3 C. HOT MASHED POTATOES
1 C. SOUR CREAM
1/4 C. MILK
1/4 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
1 1/3 C. FRIED ONIONS
1 C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. COMBINE MASHED POTATOES,, SOUR CREAM, MILK AND GARLIC POWDER IN LARGE BOWL; MIX WELL. SPOON HALF THE MIXTURE INTO 2 QT. BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH 2/3 C. FRIED ONIONS & 1/2 C. CHEESE. TOP WITH REMAINING POTATO MIXTURE. BAKE 30 MINUTES UNTIL HOT. TOP WITH REMAINING ONIONS & CHEESE. BAKE 5 MINUTES UNTIL ONIONS ARE GOLDEN.
