1 lb Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lon) can be found at Asian markets
1tsp salt
3-4 Tbsp oyster sauce -can be found in asian section of supermarket or asian market
1Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp water
1/4 cup of chicken broth or boullioun
1 tsp sesame oil
2-3 garlic cloves crushed

Slice each stalk of Gai Lon diagonally into 2-3 pieces. Fill a large pan with 4 inches of water and bring to boil. Add the salt and blanch the Gai Lon for about 1-2 minutes until bright green. Drain wll and rinse with cold water. Heat large skillet or wok over high heat. Add oil and garlic. Stir fry 10 seconds. Add Gai Lon and stir fry for 20 seconds. pour in oyster sauce, broth and sesame oil. Stir fry and toss.

If you can't find Gai Lon (Chinese Broccoli) you may substitute regular broccoli. It will still be delicious.
