2 C. SUGAR
4 EGGS
3 C. FLOUR
2 TSP. BAKING SODA
2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
2 TSP. PUMPKIN PIE SPICE OR
1 1/2 TSP. CINNAMON
1 TSP. ALLSPICE &
1/4 TSP. CLOVES
1 1/2 TSP. SALT
1 1/2 C. PUMPKIN

MIX OIL AND SUGAR AND BEAT WELL. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME AND BEAT THOROUGHLY AFTER EACH ADDITION. POUR INTO WELL GREASED ANGEL FOOD CAKE PAN. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR & 15 MINUTES. GLAZE WITH 1 1/2 C. CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR AND 1 TSP. VANILLA MIXED WITH ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE A SPREADING CONSISTENCY.
