3 TSP. BAKING SODA
2 TSP. CINNAMON
1 TSP. SALT
2 C. SUGAR
2 JARS JR. SIZE BABY CARROTS
1 1/2 C. COOKING OIL
2 TSP. VANILLA
4 EGGS

Directions:
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL. POUR INTO UNGREASED 9 X 13 LOAF PAN. BAKE AT 350 FOR 50-60 MINUTES.

FROST WITH: 1 BOX CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR, 1 (8 OZ.) PKG. CREAM CHEESE, 1 TSP. VANILLA. CREAM TOGETHER AND SMOOTH ON COOLED CAKE.
