1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 cup chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, milk and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to a boil; boil for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in chips, vanilla and coffee with a wooden spoon. Continuing stirring until mixture is smooth and thick, about 5 minutes. stir in nuts.

Shape in 2 9 inch logs; wrap each in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Unwrap and cut into slices.
