3 PKGS. (8 OZ.) CREAM CHEESE
3/4 C. SUGAR
1 TSP. VANILLA
3 EGGS
1/3 C. GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
1 CAN CHERRY PIE FILLING

Directions:
MIX ALL OF CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR AND VANILLA WITH ELECTRIC MIXER ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL WELL BLENDED. SPRAY 9-IN. PIE PLATE WITH PAM; SPRINKLE BOTTOM WITH GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS. POUR CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE INTO PREPARED PIE PLATE. BAKE AT 325 FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS ALMOST SET. COOL. REFRIGERATE 3 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. TOP WITH 1 CAN CHERRY PIE FILLING.
