1 graham cracker shell
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups evporated milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup peanut butter morsels
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2/3 cup sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan; stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Stir in egg yolks, cook stirring constantly with a wire whisk 2 minutes or until thickened and temperature reaches 160. Remove from heat.

Stir in peanut butter, morsels and 1 teaspoon vanilla; stir until morsels are melted. Pour into crust.

Cover and chill several hours. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
