2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS vanilla
vanilla wafers
2 inch foil cupcake containers
Pie filling of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and flavorings. Beat together. Place one wafer in bottom of foil cupcake holder. Add heaping tablespoon of mixture. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350. Cool and add pie filling to top.
