1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/3 cup margarine
1 egg
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups dark corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cake mix (reserve 2/3 cup of mix for filling), margarine, egg at low speed. Press into greased pan bottom. Bake 15-20 minutes or till golden brown. Oven at 350 degrees. Combine reserved 2/3 cup dry cake mix, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, 3 eggs. Beat at low speed till moistened. Beat 1 minute at medium. Pour over warm base. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake additional 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in fridge.
