1 8-9 INCH PASTRY SHELL
3 EGGS, SEPARATED
1 14 OZ. SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1/2 C. REAL LEMON JUICE, FROM CONCENTRATE
1/4 TSP. CREAM OF TARTAR
DROPS OF YELLOW FOOD COLORING, OPTIONAL
1/3 C. SUGAR

Directions:
BEAT EGG YOLKS THEN ADD MILK, LEMON JUICE AND FOOD COLORING. POUR INTO PIE CRUST. BEAT EGG WHITES WITH CREAM OF TARTAR TO SOFT PEAKS, GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR; BEAT UNTIL STIFF SPREAD ON PIE. BAKE 12-15 MINUTES AND CHILL.
