6 slices bread
4 TBS butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups Cheddae cheese, shredded
5 eggs, beaten well
2 cups half and half
1 pound hot sausage
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain well. Melt butter or margarine in 13x9 inch baking dish. Place slices of bread on botttom of dish. Sprinkle drained sausage over bread. Beat eggs with half and half and salt; pour over mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve with blueberry muffins and cantaloupe.
