1 cup sugar
2 TBS vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Add sugar and salt to the milk and stir until dissolved. Add cream. Stir in vanilla. Cool. Turn into freezer.
