2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 16 oz. cans whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 large Delicious apple, diced (with peel)
1 celery rib diced
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl add cold water and sprinkle gelatin over water. Let stand 1 minute, stir together. In sauce pan add the gelatin, cranberries and sugar and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightled oiled 5 cup mold. Cover and chill 8 hours or until firm.

Dip the mold in warm water and hold for about 1 minutes. Take a sharp thin knife and loosen around the top of jello mold.

Turn over on bed of lettuce.
