1 bunch broccoli (large)chopped
1 small purple onion chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans chopped
1 lb. bacon
1 can crushed pineapple drained
1 cup Mayonnise
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Trim the broccoli and soak in cold salt water for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. rain well. Chop in bite size pieces.

Mix together first three ingredients and chill overnight.

Mix together the dressing ingredients and chill overnight.

Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble.

One hour befroe serving mix the dressing with the broccoli mixture. Add pineapple, pecans and bacon.
