Yellow cake mix
4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream, not whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the cake mix according to pkg directions for a 9 x 13 pan. Cover the batter with 4 cups or chopped rhubarb. Sprinkle the sugar on top. Pour the whipping cream over all.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched. Refrigerate the left overs.
