4 veal steaks
2 cans marinara
cup cooking wine
Garlic
Onion
Parsley
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Mushrooms
Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan fry up veal steaks (preferably the pre-breaded ones) in olive oil with chopped onions and garlic. When steaks are almost browned add in the mushrooms to give a slight browning, (not too much). In separate pot heat up the marinara sauce with the wine, garlic salt, pepper and parsley. Add a little sugar if necessary. In a baking dish put in steaks with onions and garlic and pour the sauce over the top. Put Monterey cheese over the top of each steak and bake for about 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
