Chili Verde Recipe

1 teaspoon black pepper
cup olive oil
teaspoon parsley
teaspoon oregano
3 lb. pork roast
2 lbs top round
1 cup chopped onions
5 6 cloves garlic
teaspoon salt
3 cans diced green chilies
teaspoon celery salt
1 can of beef bullion

Cut meat brown in skillet with oil and onions. In separate pot put 1 can beef broth, 1 ca water and meat. Make sure all the meat is covered. Add chilies, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic. Cook until meat is tender. Add flour until thickened.
