2 c sugar
1 1/2 c cooking oil
3 eggs
3 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flaked coconut
1 c chopped dates
3 c raw chopped apple
1 c pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and cooking oil. Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda; gradually add to egg mixture. Add vanilla, coconut, dates, apples and nuts. Batter will be very thick. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2-2 hours or until done.
