1 lb. Ground Pork
3/4 cup Onions (Finely Diced)
1 - 8 oz. can Water Chestnuts (Finely Diced)
1/2 cup Bamboo Shoots or Bean Sprouts (Optional)
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper

1 pkg. Wonton Wraps

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients well. Place 1 tbsp. filling in center of wrap.
Dampen edges of wrap with water and fold diagonally into a triangle, tightly sealing edges.
Dampen side points and fold in toward center, fold middle point to opposite side (like an envelope).
Deep fry at 350 for 4 - 6 minutes or until golden brown.

Seal the wontons as well as possible. Air pockets will fill with oil which doesn't taste real good and can cause burns.
