1 graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 cup lemon juice (or lime, or mixed)
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cheese beforehand. Beat milk thoroughly with cream cheese. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill for 2 hours.

Great with fresh fruit on top. I even make this with a low fat crust and cream cheese and it works and tastes great. Very easy!
