1 can black beans
1 can blackeyed peas
1 can white shoepeg corn
6-7 Roma tomatoes
4-5 small avocados
1 large sweet onion
1 lime (juice)
Half to full bottle (16 oz.) Italian Dressing
Salt, pepper, garlic salt - to taste

Directions:

Combine ingredients.

Serve with Tortilla chips or even great on tacos or fajitas.

Makes a lot but good as leftovers.
