2 cups mashed potatoes
2 c cooked ham, finely chopped
1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/3 c mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 to 4 tbsp flour
1 3/4 c cornflakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, ham, cheese, mayo, egg, mustard, and pepper. Mix well. Add enough flour to
make a stiff mixture. Chill. Shape in 1 inch balls.
Roll in cornflakes. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
