Chicken Breasts (split, bone in)
Celery chopped
Crushed pineapple, drained
Red Grapes cut in half
Miracle Whip
Walnuts or Cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken covered tightly with foil at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken from roasting pan. Cool and remove skin and bone. Cut into bite size pieces. Add Miracle Whip and pineapple. Chill overnight to marinate.

Add grapes and nuts mix together. Add more Miracle Whip if needed. Chill until ready to serve.

This is my favorite dish to serve guests and excellant for luncheon parties. I like to serve on individual dishes garnished with fresh strawberries, and melons. I serve Crousants for the bread.
