1 16 oz. can salmon
3 slices bread crumbled
1 egg slightly beaten
1 medium onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon, reserving juice. Place salmon in a large mixing bowl. Mix together reserved salmon liquid, flour, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Pour over salmon, stir in bread crumbs and onion, mix well.
Form mixture into patties.

Add oil to frying pan, heat to medium. Place patties in pan and fry until well browned.
