14 ounce can artichoke hearts
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop artichokes. Combine all ingredients and put in one quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with fritos or wheat thins.
