6 oz boiling water
Small lime or cherry jello
16 oz (2 c) cottage cheese
2/3 c Hellmann's mayonnaise
20 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
2/3 c chopped walnuts
Maraschino cherries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and jello together. Let cool, but do not let set up. Add cottage cheese and mayo. Blend well with mixer. Slowly add pineapple and juice, then nuts. Chill until firm. (Can use cherries to decorate.)
