1 1/2 lb. chicken strips
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 c. chopped onions
2 cans Cannelloni Beans (undrained)
2 cans Great Northern Beans (undrained)
2 (4oz) cans mild green chilies
2 tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Boil chicken and dice. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Mix all ingredients in a crockpot and let cook on high for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
