1 chocolate cookie pie crust, broken and pressed into 9" spring form pan.
3 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed milk
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add other ingredients and mix well.

Pour into chocolate cookie pie crust.

Bake at 300 for 1 hour, 5 minutes.

Cool in pan.

Optional: Mom placed her cake in the freezer for several hours and sliced it while still frozen.

I have made this recipe many times and it always gets rave reviews. As with many of Mom's recipes, you can substitute with "lite" ingredients and it will still taste great!
