1st Layer:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup margarine

2nd Layer:
2 eggs
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st layer ingredients and pat into 9 x 13" pan.

Mix 2nd layer ingredients and pour over crust.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Cool completely.
