2 egg whites, at room temperature
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 tsp. almond extract
2 tbsp. semisweet-chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 200.

Line 2 large cookie sheets with foil.

Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks. Gradually bea in sugar. Add cocoa and almond extract and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet, sprinkle chocolate morsels on top.

Bake 1 hour, 15 minutes or until set.

Cool on cookie sheets for 10 minutes.

Cover.
