Ingredients:  
6 Large potatoes cut into large cubes.
1/c flour
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
3/4 t salt
1/8 t peper
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Rinse and dry potatoes and place in milk. Mix dry ingredients together in plastic bag. Place potatoes in bag and shake well. Place on butter in baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 375 or until golden brown.
