1/2 stick magarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tap cinnamon
2 Apples
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, melt 1/2 stick magarine remove from heat and add 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar. Add 1 beaten egg. 1 tsp vanilla. Stir until smooth. Sift together and add 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Add 1 peeled and chopped apple and 1/2 cup pecans. Mix well and spread into greased 8x8x2 inch square pan. Sprinkle with 2 T sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Cut into squares.
