4 to 6 lb whole brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
garlic salt
celery salt
2 onions, chopped
worcestershire sauce
6 oz bottle Kraft barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pour liquid smoke over whole brisket. Liberally season with salts and cover with chopped onion. Cover a refrigerate overnight. Before cooking, pour off the liquid smoke and douse with worcestershire. Cover with foil and bake at 275 for 5 hours. Uncover, pour the barbeque sauce over the brisket and bake 1 more hour. Delicious!
