2 lg Onions - chopped
6 tbsp Butter
2 Eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 17oz can Cream Corn
1 1lb pkg Corn Bread Mix
1/2 pt Sour Cream
2 cup shredded Cheddar - sharp

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter, set aside. Mix well eggs, milk, cream corn and corn bread mix, pour in greased 9x13 pan. Spread sour cream evenly over mixture in pan (difficult to do), then spread onions over sour cream. Top with cheese.

Bake in 350 30-40 minutes until golden & puffy.

Remove from oven let stand 15 minutes before serving.
