1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press down lightly with a fork to make crisscrosses. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 1 dozen good size cookies or 2 dozen smaller cookies.
