1 c sugar 1 c white Karo syrup 1 c peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 c Spanish peanuts 6 c Rice chex
Put sugar and syrup in medium pan; let come to complete boil; boil 1 minute; add peanut butter and vanilla to boiling mixture; stir in peanuts. Pour peanut mixture over Rice Chex. Pat into buttered 9 X 13 pan. When nearly cool, cut into bars.
