3-5 lb. roast
2 pkg. Good Season's ITalian Dressing (dry)
1/4 c. pepperocini juice
peppers of your choice (jalapeno, etc.)
3/4 c. water
garlic powder
peppercorns
sliced onions
season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stab roast with fork and rub well with garlic and seasoning salt.

Place in crock pot with 1 package of Goods Season's Italian Dressand and rest of ingredients.

Cook on low for 4 hours, then add 2nd package of Good Season's Italian Dressing.

Continue to cook on low for about 4 more hours.

Note: Add extra water if needed or substitute with more pepper juice.
