Ingredients: 35 Saltine crackers 1 c. butter - cut up 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 375º. Line 15X10X1" pan with foil. Lightly grease with shortening. Arrange saltines in one layer to cover foil. Combine brown sugar and butter in pan. Bring to boil. Stir for 1 minute. Spread over crackers. Bake 10 minutes. Turn oven off. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chips. Place back into warm oven to soften chips. Spread chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and gently press nuts into chocolate. Cool for 20 minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Break into pieces. |
