Fish fillet of your choice
Lemon juice
Butter melted
Ritz cracker, rolled to fine crumbs
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Season fillets with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Dip in melted butter and then Ritz crackers. Sprinkle with paprika.

Place on a baking dish with 1 to 2 tbsp. water for moisture.

Bake 450 for 10 minutes per inch thickness of fillet.
