1 (8 oz) package medium noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon poppyseeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
3 cups diced cooked turkey
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Cook onion in butter over medium high heat until tender; add flour. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.

Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Stir in noodles and next 3 ingredients.

Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before baking.

Bake, covered, at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
