1/2 C. sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
1/4 c. coarsely grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
16 button mushrooms
8 slices prosciutto

Directions:
Directions:
Blend or process tomatoes, parmesan and garlic until pureed. Carefully remove and discard stems from mushrooms; gently fill mushrooms with tomato mixture. Halve prosciutto slices lengthwise; wrap 1 prosciutto strip around each mushroom. Cook under heated grill, turning once, until prosciutto is crisp and mushrooms are browned all over
