3 tbsp oleo 3/4 c sugar 1/3 c flour 8 to 10 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced Lemon juice Whipped cream
1 unbaked pie shell
Mix oleo, sugar, and flour to resemble crumbs. Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle peaches with lemon juice and put in pie shell. Place remaining crumbs on top. Bake 10 minutes at 400º, then 45 minutes at 375º. Cool and top with whipped cream.
