2 - (16 oz bags) broccoli 4 cans chicken broth or 6 c water with bouillon cubes 10 oz to 1 lb Velveeta Cheese 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Cook veggies in water until tender. (Retain cooking water) Puree in blender. Return to water. Add broccoli and chicken broth. Cook until tender. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add cayenne pepper and seasonings of your choice.
