Pita Bread
Butter
Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Split pita bread into 2 rounds and place on cookie sheet. Butter each half, and then sprinkle rounds with ground sea salt and garlic powder. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Then cut each round into 8 pie-shaped wedges. Place in oven until lightly toasted, about 4 or 5 minutes (careful…they brown quickly!). Remove from cookie sheet and either use as dipping crackers or eat separately.

Variation: Before placing in oven, add grated Swiss cheese and caraway seeds (instead of the poppy seeds).
