1 c flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c water
2/3 c shortening
1 egg



Filling:
1 can (1lb 5oz) apple pie filling
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp apple spice or cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Makes its own crust. Mix all crust ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread into deep pie pan. Carefully spoon filling into center of batter. Do not stir! Bake at 425 for 40 to 45 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Can also be used for pumpkin, blueberry, cherry, mincemeat, pineapple or peach pies.
